Trama for iPhone and iPad
A problem, a question or an idea? Write to us:
We read every message. If you’re reporting a problem, it helps to know your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, the version of Trama (at the bottom of Preferences) and the level or mode where it happens. A screenshot or a screen recording is worth a thousand words.
Frequently asked questions
I bought Trama Complete but I still see the locks.
Open Preferences, go to the Trama Complete section and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account you bought it with. This also works on a new iPhone or iPad: it’s a single purchase and it works on all your devices.
Can I share Trama Complete with my family?
Yes. If you use Family Sharing with purchase sharing turned on, the other members find Trama Complete already unlocked. If it doesn’t show up right away, tap Restore purchases in Preferences.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are requested from the store where you made the purchase. For Google Play, follow Google’s instructions. For the App Store, you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com by signing in with your Apple Account.
Does my progress move from one device to another?
Yes, between devices on the same platform. On iPhone and iPad, your progress and Collection use iCloud with the same Apple Account; you can check this in Settings › your name › iCloud. On Android you can turn on Sync with Google in Preferences and use the same Google account on your other devices. With sync on, you also get your progress back after reinstalling. Preferences stay on each device. For Trama Complete, use Restore purchases in the same store where you bought it. iCloud and Google Drive keep separate archives: there’s no sync between iOS and Android.
I’m stuck on a level.
Every level has a solution. In Awakening, Help highlights the next move and Apply makes it for you; in Weaves you can ask for a Hint. Undo and Restart have no limits, and Follow the thread shows you where a thread breaks.
The 3D view is slow or warms up my device.
You can switch to the 2D view at any time, in the same game. On older devices Trama already lightens the 3D scene on its own.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 16 or later, and Android phones and tablets with Android 6 or later. Trama is available in English and Italian, and you can play offline.
Does Trama collect data about me?
No: no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. You’ll find the details on the Privacy page.
